We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but you should secure or move any valuable items near the work area. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property features that may be unavoidably affected during normal roofing operations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will address any valid claims according to our insurance policies.

Dispute Resolution
